Booking conditions

Booking by email or exclusively via the contact page.
Payment only by bank transfer in euros.
La Marette does not accept payment by credit card or check.
Full payment is required within 72 hours of booking.
In case of last-minute reservation (less than 4 weeks in advance), full payment is required by immediate transfer to guarantee the reservation.

A security deposit of 300 € is required upon booking.
The security deposit is given back at the end of the stay.
La Marette reserves the right to make only a partial refund of the security deposit in the event of damage or if the gite is not returned in a state of cleanliness and decent storage.
Only people registered on the reservation voucher are authorised to stay in the gites. However, La Marette allows you to have guests during the day as long as they do not spend the night there.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations made at least 3 months in advance of the reservation will not entail any costs.
In the event of cancellation within a period of 30 days to up to 3 months in advance of the reservation, the cancellation fee will be 50 % of the amount of the booking.
In the event of cancellation within a period of one week to 30 days before the reservation, the cancellation fee will be 75 % of the amount of the booking.
In the event of cancellation within a period of less than a week, the cancellation fee will be 100 % of the amount of the booking.
After cancellation, reimbursement is only made by bank transfer.
In order to avoid cancellation, you can consider changing the dates of your stay, subject to availability on the booking schedule.

To note: In the event of modification of dates resulting in a change of rental season, the amount of the week or the night retained will be the one in favor of La Marette. Any change in dates can only be made during the season going from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
